3. Service Description

GoAllSecure offers a range of cybersecurity services, including but not limited to vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, incident response, and security consulting. The specific details of the services provided will be outlined in a separate agreement between GoAllSecure and the Client.

4. Client Obligations

The Client agrees to cooperate fully with GoAllSecure in the delivery of cybersecurity services, including providing necessary access to systems, data, and personnel as required. Failure to do so may impact the effectiveness of the services provided.

5. Payment and Billing

Payment terms and pricing for our cybersecurity services will be outlined in a separate agreement or statement of work. Clients are responsible for paying all fees as agreed upon.

6. Confidentiality

GoAllSecure and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared during the provision of services, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, client data, test results, and proprietary information.

7. Limitation of Liability

GoAllSecure shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the specific services rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the governing country. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

10. Modifications

GoAllSecure reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
